It's time, gang! Football season is HERE! Every team is now back in practice getting ready for the first games to be held in the end of August, and here's the annual renewal of our contest The rules are simple... From the list of average rankings I've posted pick which ONE team will move the most by Monday, October 6th. It can be the most up or the most down, but you only get to pick one. If you pick one of each I'm going to make the first one you write down your pick whether you like it or not, so do us all a favor and pick JUST ONE! Get them in by 6PM Eastern Time on Thursday, August 28.
And check back in in a few days when our first week's regular games get posted! Here's the top 35.....
1 Florida St 2 Alabama 3 Oregon 4 Stanford 5 Auburn 6 Michigan St 7 South Carolina 8 Oklahoma 9 UCLA 10 Ohio St 11 Baylor 12 Clemson 13 USC 14 LSU 15 Missouri 16 Oklahoma St 17 Wisconsin 18 Georgia 19 Arizona St 20 Washington 21 Texas A&M 22 Louisville 23 Kansas St 24 Mississippi 25 Texas 26 Notre Dame 27 UCF 28 Mississippi St 29 Arizona 30 North Carolina 31 BYU 32 Iowa 33 Oregon St 34 Nebraska 35 Duke

Can we pick outside the top 35? You're asking just to aggravate me, aren't you Bro? Nope. Gotta be from this list. Maybe you could pick one of the other teams from Florida that were good enough to make the top 35. Bwahahahaha!

Nebraska. No way to go but up. Only team below them is Duke and I find it hard to imagine them with 2 lucky seasons in a row. I would have picked VT since they didn't evem make the top 35 list. Sigh

I'm, with you, Taz. I think the loss of Braxton Miller is going to be a huge hit. Starting next Saturday when they face VT with it's trademark tough D, the freshman QB leading the team is in for a rude introduction to the big time. I expect them to be completely out of the top 35 by early October.
